My name is Marie and I am a mother of 5 girls, I have not dated anyone in over 4 years and my daughters thought it would be great fun for me to try internet dating. My girls are all teenagers except for my 2 year old so they know all about dating and since they will be moving out in a few years they know that they don't want me to stay here alone once they do. How I miss the old days when dating seemed so much simpler. Now you almost have to have a degree in technology in order to join and learn how to use one of those sites. I am really bad with computers so the though of being on one several hours a day seems tiring to me.

When I explain all this to my girls they tell me how I am crazy and how internet dating is easy and fast. Since I can't seem to talk my way out of it I think I am going to have to take the plunge and sign up. They promised that they will help their good old mom with any computer difficulties I may have. So I guess now I am a brand new member of the great world wide internet dating world too.
